Beginner Barbell Routine
This is a great beginner workout routine for women, but any beginner to strength training can benefit from it. The program fits a warm-up, core work, a body weight circuit, barbell strength training, and a cool-down session in under an hour. Perfect for people trying to squeeze a decent workout routine into their lunch breaks.
