Squat or Not?
Mar 4, 2010 Author: Amy | Filed under: Squat or NotIt kills me to see a poorly performed squat. With that said, some public shaming is in order. How is it a person attempting to demonstrate the squat can get it so wrong, and some lady doing her laundry get it right?
